Frequently asked questions
Who is Дом Плус for?
For building admins who manage one or more residential buildings, and for the residents who live there. The platform operator registers the admins and connects the buildings to their banks.
How do residents log in?
With their email and password. If they have apartments in several buildings, they pick the building after logging in. They receive their login details by email when invited, and can reset a forgotten password at any time.
When are invoices issued?
Automatically on the 1st of the month for monthly apartments, and on 1 January for yearly ones. Each invoice is due 30 days after it's issued. Admins can also issue the current period's invoices right away.
How does online payment work?
Residents select one or more unpaid invoices and pay the total through the bank connected to their building. Once the bank confirms, the invoices are marked paid automatically. Online payment is available once the building's bank is connected.
Can a resident have apartments in more than one building?
Yes. One account covers all their apartments; after logging in they choose the building and can switch at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Macedonian, Albanian and English — for the app and for every email. Everyone picks their own language.
Where is the data stored?
On the operator's own server, with an automatic backup every day. Access is limited by role: residents see only their own invoices and building admins only their own buildings.
Is there an app to install?
No. Дом Плус runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
